Recently, Dongxu optoelectronics signed an order of nearly RMB 70 million for high-end equipment with BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd., including macro & micro defect detection equipment, glass edge inspection machine and other high-end equipment, which is mainly used for defect detection of OLED panel production line.As a leading enterprise in the production of optoelectronic display materials and intelligent manufacturing comprehensive services in China, Dongxu optoelectronics started in the high-end equipment manufacturing industry and has a monopoly advantage in the field of LCD / OLED panel supporting equipment manufacturing and technical services. Through independent research and development, the company has mastered the manufacturing and production process of a full set of LCD glass substrate equipment, and has offline the first LCD glass substrate with independent intellectual property rights in China.By the end of 2017, the company had five major production bases in the field of liquid crystal glass substrates, including Zhengzhou, Shijiazhuang, Wuhu, Fuzhou and Yingkou, fully covering G5, G6 and G8.5 generation liquid crystal glass substrate products, and the production capacity ranked first in China and fourth in the world.
As early as 2014, Dongxu optoelectronics signed an equipment strategic cooperation agreement with BOE. According to the actual needs of BOE panel production, the company has set up a special equipment R & D and manufacturing base to provide customized equipment products. Both sides work together to realize the localization of equipment.At present, the global OLED panel supply mainly comes from Samsung, LG and other foreign manufacturers. With the increasingly wide application of OLED in smart products such as TV and mobile phone, major domestic panel manufacturers have also invested resources in R & D, and have achieved great results.In order to comply with the flexible trend of OLED display screen, Dongxu optoelectronics invested in the construction of "cover glass production project for curved display" in 2017. At present, it has formed an annual output capacity of 5 million pieces and has supplied them to customers in batches.
