However, facing the dazzling array of customized keycaps, I still couldn't restrain my restless heart. At first, I was intoxicated with the RGB lighting effects of gaming, and then I was eager for different configurations and skins. Crowd? Is it a derogatory term? Well, let me just laugh at myself, how rational are these people who play customization, I don’t think so.

Regardless of whether he is rational or not, many times what we want is spiritual pleasure, as long as we just need to be satisfied. Adding a good-looking keyboard to a computer table is like the main dish at a banquet. It may not be the most delicious dish, but it is sure to be a decent dish, and it looks good when served.

Today's main course is this Luofei touch screen Xiaoqiao series, 68-key customized wireless mechanical keyboard. Not much to say, my custom keycap is from Aunt Sauce——

There are 68-key and 100-key bodies and matching keycaps. Luo Fei made more than 20 models in one go, and I heard that there will be more in the later stage. I chose 68 keys, tofu-colored main body color, key shaft Jiadalong G red, and key caps, and finally chose this dark blue + white color theme named "Don't Forget Starry Sky".

Previously, most of my mechanical keyboards were black keycaps + RGB, mostly with 108 keys. Later, I tried the 100-key one, and I enjoyed this concentrated visual pleasure more and more.

Simply open the box, the theme keycap and keyboard theme are packaged separately, the tofu color + Jiadalong G red Luofei Xiaoqiao, the switch body is also pre-installed, saving the step of inserting the key switch. In addition to the box, the accessories include 1 C-port data cable, 1 key puller, and 3 AA batteries for power supply.

The keycaps are very beautiful. Blue corresponds to the starry sky at night, and white corresponds to moonlight, starlight or clouds. If you only look at the background color, it will also remind people of a clear sky or the ocean.

What ensures the inclination of the keyboard is the bulge at the front of the back. One side of it is the battery compartment + 2.4G receiver compartment. After opening, the battery can be disassembled. The cover is a push-pull snap-on type, easy to disassemble, and it also serves as a front foot pad.

Careful friends should find that its Lofree logo can be seen everywhere, USB signal receivers, key pullers, and even the battery itself, all have traces of Lofree customization.

On the other side of the battery compartment is a knob-type gear switch, OFF corresponds to wired mode, and the other 2 gears correspond to 2.4G wireless connection and Bluetooth 5.0. There are lights on in the last two gears, and you can experience this dialing feeling carefully.

The font and "coating" of the keycaps are 100% original by the designer of Luofei. The theme of this "Don't Forget the Starry Sky" has a large and flat font for the main characters, and the pattern of the large-sized buttons is exquisite and delicate. These keycaps are all made of five-sided sublimation technology, PBT is wear-resistant and does not oil, the patterns and fonts are clear, the colors are uniform, and the details of the workmanship are very particular. The shaft comes from Jiadalong G Red Pro, with comfortable feedback, more suitable for office typing, and playing games is also possible. Because of the silicone sandwich pad in its internal structure, the sound of typing on the keyboard is relatively light, and the code words in a quiet environment are not easy to disturb others.

Ordinary keyboards are ready to use after being connected, and there is always such a ceremonial installation process when buying a customized mechanical keyboard. The 68-key and 100-key are more practical and not inferior to my other 108-key keyboards.

Building blocks is more like using your brain to complete a task, and the focus is on using your brain. In contrast, assembling keycaps and key switches is to make a device that has been designed by yourself, and follow the trail without requiring much brainwork.

To put it bluntly, you are more like taking the initiative to "work part-time", spending your labor for the manufacturer to finish the work, but you never get tired of it, and take this process as a kind of enjoyment, a short "kiil time". No wonder some iron cocks will sarcasm: "You visual animals, you really like paying taxes!"

I don't think so. All beauty has its value, otherwise why would everyone not look away when they see a beautiful table? Good-looking is indeed a kind of value, and it is more worth paying for when it comes with practicality. Human sensibility is so "unreasonable".
