Dareu A series comes standard with anti-layer cover (really practical for those who love their peripherals), supplementary keycaps, shaft pullers and keyboard cables. Among the two attached cards, the most practical one is the strip-shaped instruction card.

From the appearance point of view, Dareu A87pro seems to be no different from the previous A87 series mechanical keyboard except for the keycap color matching.

From the side, you can see that the details of the A87pro have changed a little. First, the part on the left side of the keyboard close to the foot support has an additional button for switching the lighting mode (the three-mode version is a connection mode switching key), and the right side of the keyboard. There is a blocked groove (this position of the three-mode version is used to store the 2.4G receiver).

One of the biggest features of the A87 is the magnetic top cover, and because the A87pro is upgraded to a gasket structure, the top cover and the base are designed with a tight buckle, and it is really difficult to remove.

Because Dareu’s recent gasket structure mechanical keyboard has a screw-fixed limit column to prevent displacement of the gasket inside the plug-in shaft, so we have to pull out the shaft and remove the fixing screws after removing the keycap. After removing the screws, we can take out the PC and the silicone layer. The silicone layer and the lower cover are tightly fitted, and there are many snaps on the edge of the silicone layer to fix the PC positioning plate, so you can see the PC The fixed and silicone layers are glued together.

On the A98 and A84pro, there is no obvious locking between the PC fixed and the silicone layer, and the edge closure is all made of the silicone sleeve. On the other hand, A87pro designs the edge of the silicone layer into a fence structure, and the fence on the edge can directly clamp the PC positioning board.

And this time, the silicone layer with a hardness of 25duro and a thickness of 3.5mm is used, which is a little harder than the previous gasket-structure mechanical keyboards in terms of hardness.

After taking it apart, we can understand more clearly what the structure of the gasket is. The internal gaskets (from top to bottom) are PC positioning board, silicone layer, PCB circuit board, and silicone bottom pad, and the inner tank is fixed by the upper and lower covers. Since the internal gaskets are all made of soft and tough material structure, and they all have a certain thickness, the Gasket structure of Dareu will be more realistically decavity compared with many mass-produced steel fixed gaskets.

Due to the increased hardness of the silicone layer, the fence-type silicone layer also increases the tightness between the base and the base.
