Durga Hi Keys keyboard, unique and distinctive micro-convex design, how does it feel?

Since my adjustable desk is white, I always want to make an all-white desktop match when I match it. I have no resistance to all kinds of white and beautiful keyboards.

Recently, I came across Duga's new Hi Keys wireless dual-mode mechanical keyboard, and I was attracted by this unique appearance. 84-key arrangement, small and exquisite and complete functions, one is blue-gray with orange embellishment, full of cyberpunk feeling. One is a pure white keycap, embellished with silver gray and orange, elegant and delicate. In particular, the appearance of the keycaps is very different from ordinary keyboards, very special and very cute.

I like this appearance very much, both colors are super nice, but what I am more worried about is that this keycap looks completely different from the regular keycaps, the surface is raised, like steamed buns, the keycaps of this shape look good Looks great, but how does it feel? Will it be uncomfortable? Will it be easy to touch it by mistake? Later, I asked the bosses who have used this keyboard, and they all said that after getting used to the hand feel, it will be very good, and there will be no accidental touch, so I dispel my worries. Anyway, buy one and try it out, if you don't get used to it, it's a big deal to return it!

The appearance of Dujia Hi Keys is full of softness, with curves everywhere on the keycaps and borders, and there are almost no obvious edges and corners visually. The keycaps are white, the frame is matte silver, and the ESC key and space bar are also silver. Some characters are orange-yellow, which is inconspicuous, but it is a good embellishment, which makes the whole front look lively and not cold.

The keycap is the biggest feature of Durga Hi Keys. Almost every keyboard on the market has a concave keycap, or at least a flat surface, but almost none have such a slightly convex one. The white slightly convex keycaps look like neatly arranged knife-cut steamed buns, not to mention how cute they are!

The font of the keycaps is more personalized, and with the personalized keycaps, the overall look is particularly unique.

The Enter key character is black and orange in color, adding a touch of mischievousness.

In order to match the appearance of this keycap, the keycap height of Dujia Hi Keys is also different, slightly higher in the middle, and the entire keycap layout surface is slightly curved like a guqin. This height is not only different from the original height and OEM height of the conventional concave, but also different from the plane layout such as XDA or chocolate keycaps. Good-looking is really good-looking, personality is also true personality, is it easy to use? We will experience it in detail later.

But in fact, when the keycap is removed, it can be found that the PCB board inside is still flat. However, the height of the shaft body is actually adjusted. The shaft bodies of the second and third rows are slightly raised by 1 mm. In this way, the height difference of the keycaps is added to create the overall effect of the middle row of protrusions.

The switch is Kaihua Turbo silent red switch, I have used it before, it is very smooth and quiet. The shaft core material of the Turbo series shaft body is made of the high-smooth composite POM material newly developed by Kaihua. This material has the characteristics of high smoothness and low friction coefficient. On the axis of the mechanical shaft, the smoothness of the pressing process of the shaft is amazing.

On the upper left of the keyboard is a rotary toggle switch for switching between Bluetooth and 2.4G. This toggle switch is plated and shiny. On the left side of the keyboard is a hemispherical power switch, which is also electroplated and very delicate.

On the back is the eye-catching oversized Durga LOGO.

There is a magnetic storage box, the cover is also magnetic, and there is a 2.4G wireless USB receiver hidden inside.

Sure enough, the white keyboard is small and exquisite, and the effect is very good when matched with the white desktop!

This keycap looks cuter and cuter! It's like a small steamed bun cut by a knife, and it's like chewing gum. The surface of the keycaps is a delicate matte, slippery to the touch, more like chewing gum.

Needless to say, the Kaihua Turbo silent red switch is very smooth and quiet, and it feels like a Q bomb when it hits the bottom. But what we care more about is not the shape of the shaft, but whether the entire unique shape, height, and feel are suitable.

Although the height of the Duga Hi Keys seems to be much lower than that of ordinary mechanical keyboards, it is still the height of the conventional shaft body. It is still uncomfortable without the palm rest of the keyboard. much better. A keyboard palm rest is recommended. But the palm rest should not be too high, it should be lower than the palm rest of ordinary keyboards. My palm rest is a bit too high, it would be more comfortable if it was lower.

At the beginning, using the slightly convex keycaps and the slightly convex middle row of keys was indeed a little strange and a little awkward. But I used to think that the slightly convex keycaps would have inconspicuous edges and be easy to touch by mistake. In fact, I found that it is not. After putting the finger on it, it will naturally be placed in the center of the protrusion, and it is not easy to touch the surrounding keys by mistake. Even if you blindly type the number keys above, there is no problem regardless of the strangeness caused by the height difference.

Compared with the Durga K620W keyboard with the same shaft body Kaihua Turbo mute red axis, if the typing feel of the Durga K620W keyboard with conventional keycap design is 5 points, then the typing feel of the Durga Hi Keys keyboard I think can be given 4.5 point. There is a gap in comparison, but it is good enough, don't worry about the feel. But in terms of appearance, although the Durga K620W is very good-looking, the Durga Hi Keys is almost at the ceiling level. Can you find such a unique keyboard for me to see?

Durga Hi Keys has a white backlight, and can also switch between multiple lighting modes.

The keycaps look even more attractive with the soft white backlight. I don’t often turn on the backlight on my keyboard, but I can’t help it with this keyboard. The backlight is always on, and I like to see the charming appearance of the keycaps in the haze.

Overall, the biggest feature of Durga Hi Keys is its unique appearance, which is round, elegant and lovely, and thinner than ordinary mechanical keyboards. Although the appearance is unique, the hand feel is still quite good, and the hand feel is not sacrificed because of its unique design.
