Fighting against each other Part 1: See the real chapter for the details - 6 models of 75 plastic mechanical keyboards "big dismantling"

Hello everyone! I'm Shensky, welcome to the second part of the "catch and fight" of the 6 75 plastic keyboards, the big dismantling link, through the dismantling, the main purpose is to let everyone know what the "dry goods" of these keyboards are, How are the materials and workmanship performed? Let's move on to the work.

1. AKKO 5075B

AKKO 5075B is a keyboard that was very controversial some time ago. The main reason is that the mold on the upper cover and the workmanship of the knob part are "overturned", but in fact, if you look carefully, you will find that its overall accuracy is good. , The upper and lower covers are "tightly seamed".

The focus of disassembly is to use a crowbar to pry along the gap between the upper and lower covers to separate the upper and lower covers. After disassembly, you can see that the 5075B is divided into three parts, and the bottom case is partially covered by a silicone floor mat. , equipped with a 2500 mAh battery inside, one part of the power cord is to supply power to the PCB main board, and the other should be to supply power to the RGB lamp beads on the side; the inner tank part adopts a gasket structure and uses a silicone sleeve pad In the original factory state, it is equipped with a TTC shaft seat; in the middle, a poron sandwich pad and a poron pad under the shaft are also used. In addition, special attention should be paid to the dismantling of the knob. The official has sent a video before, and it should be pulled out. We also use this method to try it out, and the effect is good, and it is more convenient than disassembling with bare hands.

Summary: After dismantling, it can be seen that AKKO 5075B can only be said to be ordinary in terms of the materials used for the upper and lower shells; the configuration of the inner tank is basically full, and the only regret is that the bottom is only filled with half of the silicone bottom pad; in addition Special attention should be paid to the position of the switch button at the bottom when installing the shaft body to prevent problems.

2. AK816

AK816 is also a very controversial 75 keyboard. The most complained about is that it is equipped with a G yellow PRO switch body at a price close to 600 yuan, and the outer packaging is "sloppy", but this keyboard adopts a gasket structure. , the stacking itself is still possible, let's enter the dismantling link below to see if it is "worthy of the name"?

The disassembly of AK816 is also more convenient. It can be opened directly with a crowbar along the upper and lower covers. It feels easier to open than 5075B. After disassembly, you can see that the bottom of the AK816 also uses Poron underlayment. For the gallbladder part, Kaihua’s shaft seat is used, and Poron’s sandwich pad is also used in the middle. There is no shaft under the pad, and the satellite shaft is stuck tight, but what is more outrageous is that when I pull out the shaft, its PCB One of the screws on the board fell out by itself, which shows that the workmanship quality is also a little bit problematic.

Summary: After dismantling, you can see that AK816 can only be said to be just right in terms of the materials used for the upper and lower shells, and the configuration of the inner tank is also full. If you look at the situation from the dismantling, it should be said that the overall workmanship The quality can only be regarded as passing, but there are also small flaws, such as screws falling out by themselves, so you can have some snacks, Heijue.

3. NJ80AP version

The NJ80AP version can be said to be the "ceiling" of the current 75 mass-produced plastic keyboards. Different from the above two models, the AP version has a sky-swallowing structure. At the same time, the AP version mainly makes some upgrades to the previous version, including adding The bottom cotton expands the battery capacity, and also adds some kit colors. In addition, the NJ80AP version also provides the choice of steel fixing and copper fixing, especially the copper fixing has a good "blessing" effect on maintaining the consistency of the hand feeling. , let's enter the dismantling link below to see what is so special about the NJ80AP version?

After dismantling, it can be seen that the AP version is connected to the upper cover through two screws at the bottom. An's battery, the inner tank part, use copper fixed, sandwich cotton with poron and shaft pad, Kaihua's shaft seat, the only big problem is that two shaft seats fell off when they were disassembled Down, it is a major quality problem. Fortunately, it is not a commonly used key position, which is sad! ! !

Summary: After dismantling, you can see that the configuration of the NJ80AP version can be said to be full, and the copper fixing is used to maintain the consistency of the feel, but the shaft seat of Kaihua fell off without any treatment. It is a serious quality problem. As the saying goes, you don't know if you don't disassemble it.

4. PC75B

Next is the fourth keyboard, AKKO’s PC75B, which is different from the above three keyboards made of ABS. The same plastic keyboard PC75 is made of PC material. In fact, the cost of PC is more expensive than ABS. In addition, it is easy to popularize PC and PC. The ABS material is different. PC is a relatively good impact-resistant plastic variety. It can also play the effect of RGB when used on the keyboard. The disadvantage is that it is easy to crack and has low fatigue strength; while ABS is mainly convenient for processing and molding, and the surface hardness is high. , It is also convenient for spraying and printing, so the material of many keyboards is usually made of ABS material.

After dismantling, you can see that the bottom of the PC75B uses a layer of very final silicone bottom, and the entire inner tank can be used to "sleep" on this silicone bottom plate, and the reason why this keyboard is relatively heavy is also due to the Therefore, the battery is 3000 mAh; in addition, the liner is also equipped with CR foam, silicone sandwich pad, TTC shaft seat, and PC positioning plate. The biggest problem with this positioning plate is that it is relatively It is inconvenient, of course, the situation of oil leakage under the shaft is also worthwhile. AKKO puts a lot of oil on the satellite shaft. In fact, compared with 5075B, I feel that the workmanship of the whole PC75B is more solid.

Summary: After dismantling, you can see that the overall workmanship of PC75B is actually good. The only problem is that although the PC material is harder, thicker, and has better transparent effects, it does look worse than ABS in appearance, "cheap" "feel" should be more sufficient.

5. 75V3

Next is the fifth keyboard, the bald headed 75V3, which is also made of PC. It provides a lot of space for students with limited budgets to "twist", and we still have to affirm it here. Next, we will enter the dismantling link to see what kind of surprises the bald head 75V3 will give us?

After dismantling, it can be seen that the bottom shell of the bald head 75V3 has a very thin EVA bottom cotton, with two batteries, a total of 8000 mAh, the inner tank part, the shaft seat is Jiadalong, with EVA sandwich cotton , and a piece of EVA backing cotton, using a steel positioning plate.

To sum up, the overall workmanship of the bald head 75V3 is quite satisfactory, and there is nothing wrong with it, but this "winter melon white" color does feel cheap. But fortunately, it does not have the situation like NJ80 falling off the shaft seat, and the situation like Heijue AK816 bottom screw is not tightened, and it is in a good condition overall.

6. IQUNIX A80

Finally it is the last keyboard for this dismantling, IQUNIX A80, it is the only keyboard without knobs in this evaluation, and it is also a keyboard with a very high value, which caused this keyboard to be launched last year After that, in fact, the aluminum manufacturers are a bit "old-fashioned". Except for the A80, L80, OG80 and F96, the aluminum factories have not launched new products recently. Of course, in a strict sense, this is an 80% configuration. The keyboard is not a 75 arrangement in the strict sense, but it happens to have this keyboard in hand, so it is also included in the evaluation and teardown this time.

At the same time, this is the most troublesome keyboard to disassemble this time. Before disassembly, you first need to remove the three screws at the bottom. The most troublesome thing is that there is a screw hidden at the bottom of the back logo. The safest way to destroy this sticker is to heat it with a hair dryer and then tear it off, so as not to damage the appearance. I also learned this method from station B. Thanks to the friends who took the initiative to share. After the screws are disassembled, We can pry it open with a crowbar.

After dismantling, you can see that the internal design of the A80 is indeed quite ingenious, but the overall materials are not "complimentary". A very thin EVA bottom cotton is used in the bottom shell, with two batteries. Provide 4000 mA, the power interface part is separated by small boards, and the inner part, the entire PCB board is divided into upper and lower layers, using the base of Jiadalong, and the "felt" used for the sandwich pad in the middle The high-quality material gives people a feeling of "dropping price", and its structure can be regarded as a TOP structure to a certain extent, because the positioning plate and the upper cover are connected together by screws, and an aluminum positioning plate is used. The more troublesome part is that after the upper and lower covers are separated, the shaft body is also "rooted" from the motherboard. To install it back, it has to be plugged and unplugged again. Perhaps the original design of the aluminum factory did not want everyone to Take a closer look inside.

Summary: After dismantling, you can see that it is an original design of an aluminum factory. A80 does have its own uniqueness, and both the PCB board and the positioning board are also designed to be molded separately. It is a bit of a comparison of the price. After all, the aluminum factory has been buying for so long, and the cost should have been recovered long ago. It is recommended that the aluminum factory should invest some cost in the next step to upgrade the materials and configuration. Is this the case? Be more sincere to consumers?

Summary of the "big teardown":

We often say that "it is difficult to live up to the reputation", and we also say "the details are the real chapter". Through this dismantling, we saw the situation where the NJ80AP automatically dropped the shaft seat; we saw the situation where the screws on the Heijue AK816 PCB board were not tightened , I also saw the IQUNIX A80's "anti-human" balance bar card keycap, which eventually caused problems with the "Dragon Bean". On the contrary, the bald head who often "turned over" and AKKO did not have any problems in this "teardown".

Of course, I am not here to "wash the ground" for other keyboard manufacturers, but just comment on the facts seen in the dismantling. Trouble, I don't have enough time, and it's rare for after-sales, so let's do it first! I also made a table for the content of this issue of "Teardown", you can refer to it.

The above is the whole content of this "big teardown", and then we will enter the "big competition" of Hengping, so stay tuned! I'm Shensky, a grandma who focuses on 75 series and aluminum tuotuo, and continues to "step on the pit" for you in the field of mechanical keyboards. See you in the next video!
