The mass-produced version of the vgn811 keyboard fast silver switch on hand is from the same batch as the snow switch. There are air marks on the positioning plate, which looks like cracks. When I found it for the first time, I went to station b to search it. , I found that other people had the same situation. I asked the customer service and said that it was a problem with the injection molding process, which did not affect the use, so I didn’t care too much. Until one day I suddenly saw an announcement in the group that it could be reissued, so I went to the customer service to register for a replacement. hair.

In the following 3 pictures, you can clearly see traces similar to cracks, although you can’t see them even if you cover the keycaps every day, but I have changed the shaft body + keycaps, and everything is a bit shocking when I see it at first.

The reissued positioning board and the express box are well received. They are quite strong, resistant to compression, and prevent deformation.

Remove the upper cover, there is no picture here, it is really difficult to take pictures alone, there are no screws, you need to pry open a few buckles, use a crowbar or a card, just slide them one by one to pry them open, the first time it is a little tight.

Open the positioning board and pcb, there are 6 screws at the bottom, first unplug the battery and then separate the positioning board and pcb.

Transfer the satellite shaft to the new positioning plate.

Now that they are all disassembled, by the way, paste Teflon tape on the position of the satellite axis on the pcb board

The satellite shaft is a little loose on the positioning board, so stick it here to fix it.

Done, ready to restore the keyboard.

Reinstall the shaft body, then install the keycap and you're done.
