I am a code farmer and graduated from university in 11 years. Since I didn't know much about keyboards at that time, I have been using the original ThinkPad X1 keyboard configured by the company since graduation.
I bought my first mechanical keyboard in May 2012, the Noppoo Choc mini brown switch, and the price is about 400. Because it is the first keyboard, I don't remember the experience of using it.
Later, because I was getting more and more uncomfortable with using it, I came up with the idea of wanting to change the keyboard. The requirements at the time were also very simple:
Small and exquisite, about 60 keys, can be put into a school bag;
Can perfectly support mac
No USB connection, wireless connection (BT). This is a must, because with more and more peripherals, the USB port itself is not enough, and the mac adapter is quite expensive;
Based on the above reasons, I have been paying attention to the keyboard parameters of related sizes. During the period, I also tried a friend's HHKB, and I was really not used to it for a while, and I didn't feel so much sense of accomplishment when the static capacitance was lifted.
By chance, I saw the Filco brand, and after looking at all their products, I discovered the minila.
It's been a long time, and the unboxing pictures are gone. Take a picture of what I'm using now.
In actual use, I transposed the "|" button and the backspace key, which is more comfortable to use.
If it is used for work in a fixed location, the first consideration is the feel, which is really great. In terms of shortcomings, Bluetooth single-mode can only be matched with a fixed machine, such as taking it home for use, then it has to be re-matched. Bluetooth occasionally receives interference. For example, if I hit an a, it may not appear on the screen, or several repeated a may appear. Especially dealing with problems is quite noisy.
Overall, the feel is quite good, so that I still want to buy a keyboard with the same feel and comfort after using it for seven full years. Now I want to buy a new keyboard, but I don't know what to use. I bought a minilar before, but I am not very used to it. I have also been familiar with the HHKB used by my wife for a while, but I am still not used to it.
I hope value friends can recommend a small size keyboard with 60-70 keys, thank you in advance!
