I was attracted by this keyboard when I opened the package. Let’s take a look at the accessories. In addition to the A81 keyboard body, the accessories provide a transparent dust cover, USB Type-C cable, shaft puller, and manual. .

The A81 keyboard adopts 75% of the layout, retains the commonly used functions, and simplifies to the extreme. Its measurements are 328mm×150mm×44mm, which is moderate in size and suitable for small desktop users. This keyboard is available in two color options, black diamond version and Haoshi version, and the switch body is available in purple gold switch Pro and sky switch V3. The upper and lower covers of the keyboard are treated with a semi-transparent frosting process, which is not easy to be contaminated with fingerprints. It uses a custom-made PCB gold-plated satellite shaft, which is fixed by a special screw lock. It is very stable to use. For a large key such as a space, press one side alone with your hand, and the key does not tilt at all.

A three-stage switch is designed on the upper left side of the keyboard, which can quickly adjust the lighting mode, corresponding to three types: constant light, breathing and off. Next to the top position of the light adjustment switch, there is a Type-C power supply port and a switch button for Win and Mac systems. It is very easy to operate in use, and can be completed with one left hand. The back of the keyboard is a pure flat design, with a textured decoration of diagonal lines, a brand LOGO, and a very conspicuous 75% logo. This keyboard adopts a steel-free structure, so it is relatively simple to disassemble. There are no screws and only buckles, but the upper and lower covers fit very tightly. There is no positioning plate inside the keyboard, so the shaft body is welded on the PCB board. After looking at the solder joints, it is not difficult to replace the shaft body.

On the upper and lower sides of the PCB board, a number of T-shaped support arms are designed, and the two sides of the support arms are covered with silicone caps. The silicone cap snaps into the corresponding groove, which can also play a limiting role, making the feedback elasticity softer.

Under the PCB board, there are two gaskets, one is a white silicone gasket, the other is a Poron cotton gasket, the silicone gasket is used to fill the excess space and eliminate the cavity sound, and the Poron is is the buffer layer. Although it is a single-mode white backlight design, it still provides a variety of lighting effect modes. In addition to using the left light adjustment button to switch, you can also use the shortcut key Fn+[ to switch the lighting effect, providing 8 backlight lighting effects, such as wave mode, ripple mode, fading mode with pressing, horse racing mode, etc. It can meet the needs of different users for lighting effects. If you want to adjust the brightness, you can also use Fn+Space to achieve it.

The connection mode of this Dareu A81 is a single-mode wired connection. Although it does not support wireless connection, the wired connection can achieve zero delay and supports a full-key conflict-free solution. It can handle both games and offices. In the experience, I found that the keys feel very light and soft. With the Gasket structure design of the elastic arm scheme, the keys rebound very quickly and smoothly when they are struck.
