TTC Flame Snow Switch and TTC Flame Purple Switch belong to the same style but different colors, the basic parameters are the same, but the color and light transmission are different. All adopt semi-open fence shaft core and tripod shaft.

Basic parameters of the shaft body: linear shaft body, trigger pressure 42±5gf, trigger stroke 1.6±0.3mm, total stroke 3.6±0.3mm.

Compared with other TTC switches, the trigger pressure of the TTC flame snow switch and flame purple switch is 42±5gf, which is between the gold powder switch V2 and the fast silver switch V2, and the same is true for the trigger stroke and total stroke. As mentioned earlier, the basic parameters of the two shafts are the same, but the color and light transmission are different. The TTC flame series currently has three models: red switch, purple switch, and snow switch. We only talk about the appearance. The bottom shells of the three switches are made of PA material, and the upper cover is made of PA material. The shaft adopts PC with high transparency, the shaft core, the flame red shaft adopts POM, the flame purple shaft and the flame snow shaft adopt new material POK.

POK, full name Polyketone, chemical name polyketone, engineering plastics, has the characteristics of impact resistance, chemical resistance and wear resistance. POK has higher wear resistance than POM, and stronger impact strength than PA and PBT. The flame purple switch and the flame snow switch are designed with an extended shaft core, and the shaft core column touches the bottom for positioning, precise triggering, and a "da da" sound at the same time. The shaft core has been lubricated before leaving the factory, and a 23mm long spring is used at the same time, with balanced force and strong rebound.

The spring, shrapnel and terminal feet of the shaft body are all silver-plated to improve electrical conduction performance, and the metal terminal feet are anti-blackening, anti-oxidation and durable. At the same time, after silver plating, the color inside the shaft body will be more pure.

The TTC flame purple axis adopts the light-transmitting design of the condenser lens, and the flame snow axis adopts the light-transmitting design of the convex lens.

Pulling the shaft is a physical effort. The keyboard is the HELLO GANSS HS75T that I shared with you a few days ago. It has 80 keys, which can be tight or loose. This shaft puller is better than the keyboard, but the material is too stretchy. will deform.

After unplugging the shaft body, first look at the effect of the PCB lamp bead. In order to make way for hot plugging, PCB SMD lamp beads have become standard, and the brightness is naturally not as strong as the on-axis lamp beads. Therefore, it needs to be adjusted through the design of the light guide, light concentration, and light uniformity of the shaft body.

Install the two switches at the same time. Obviously, for white and light-colored keyboards, the flame snow switch is more suitable, and the flame purple switch can be used on darker keyboards.

Turn on the backlight and look at the effect. The high-transparency upper cover of the flame snow switch is more translucent than the color transparent cover of the flame purple switch. The brightness is stronger.

This angle is even more obvious, the flame snow axis is like a grain of fructose, and the flame purple axis is more like a spotlight in front of it.

Put on the "clothes" and look at the effect. When I shared this keyboard, many friends privately asked me why I couldn't find the same keycap keyboard. What I want to explain here is that there is currently no Cangqiu blue mass-produced version of the HS75T, and you need to buy a set of Cangqiu blue keycaps separately to replace it, 99 yuan a set.

Since the Cangqiu blue keycap is opaque, the backlight can be considered to have an atmosphere effect. It can be seen that when paired with opaque keycaps, there is no difference between the flame purple switch and the flame snow switch, and the brightness of the surrounding light is basically the same. Of course, if it is matched with transparent or translucent keycaps, the difference in lighting effects will be obvious. For example, the crystal keyboard that was a little popular some time ago, the translucency of the fully transparent keycap on the shaft body is quite a test.

Although the feel and backlight effect are similar, but as a Virgo, you can't bear the inconsistency of the axis body, so let's change it back to the flame snow axis.

After switching back, is the effect better? Is there a feeling of Bling Bling? Is there a taste of QQ fudge?

Of course, for the overall light transmittance, the effect of the TTC ice static shaft may be better, after all, the shaft core of the ice static shaft is also made of transparent material. If it is a transparent keycap, you can choose the flame purple switch; if it is a fully transparent keycap, you can choose the flame snow switch; if it is an opaque keycap, both switches are fine.

Try the feel again, TTC flame snow switch, linear switch body, straight up and down, the experience of a single switch body is not bad, and at the same time, compare and experience the gold powder switch, the feel will be a little heavier when triggered, but it will touch the bottom faster.
