Based on its relatively excellent factors, I contacted the merchant to see if there is any possibility of repairing it.

So the incident of catching horses began to happen. First of all, I went to the store on November 23, 2022 for consultation and asked if it could be repaired. It can be swapped later. I am very happy to agree, but it needs to be available in the warehouse, which will be available around January. The first communication ended amicably. Since the Chinese New Year is quite early this year, and there was a delay in seeing the store's reply in January, the second contact was made on January 7, 2023. After a lot of communication, it said that the warehouse was out of stock and could not be exchanged. This is how the new year ended. I contacted after resuming work on January 28, 2023, but no one answered, so I checked the store on my mobile phone, and the store was still there. Viewing the store on the web page shows that the store does not exist. So I contacted Taobao customer service to confirm whether the store is no longer there, but Taobao customer service was vague. As of today, the store can no longer be checked, it shows that the store is closed, and Taobao customer service can't help to contact after-sales, please understand. This disturbing incident ended without a disease.

There are two purposes for this post: 1. I want to ask the technical experts if there is any good repair method that can be introduced to me, so I decided to do it myself. 2. Advice to all netizens, when buying digital accessories, no matter how good the evaluation is, the order of purchase should be: official accessories>big factory>small store, because you can’t be sure whether you can maintain it if an accident occurs during use.
