Since this keyboard actually only has a layer of sandwich cotton, and there is no pad under the shaft, I will use the pad under the shaft here to pad it. Buffer so that its cavity is reduced and the noise is reduced. There are many kinds of materials, the simplest one can be pearl cotton, which is the packing cotton that is often sent when you buy a keyboard, or you can go to 1688 like me to see this kind of under-shaft pad that costs five cents a thousand. It's only fifty, and if normal people use it, it can last for a long, long time.

Everyone has also seen the bottom cotton that is better than nothing, and there is almost no bottom cotton. Here I have two plans. The first one is as shown in the picture. Two layers of masking paper are pasted on the bottom of the PCB. The price is five yuan A large roll with holes pierced in it for mounting.

Another method is to cut the cushioning cotton for packaging to a suitable size with a knife without any cost, stuff it in, and use it as the bottom cotton, but the effect will not be too obvious, after all, the cotton density is not high.
