With the development of the times, most players are now pursuing the smoothness and stability of the linear axis, and even have the habit of Hifi axis. The sounds of mahjong, water drops, and wooden fish after running the shaft, in my opinion, are not as exciting and satisfying as the "click, click" of pressing a ballpoint pen. However, because the sound is too loud and disturbing to the people around, coupled with the influence of the occasional stinky axis of the cherry green axis, the category of this strong segment has gradually declined.

However, there is one brand among them that has been quietly cultivating this category, and has continued its crisp feeling.

That's right, I think everyone has guessed it, this is Kaihua's Box axis, and the axis I tested this time is their latest Box axis - Zhixia axis.

This Zhixia switch uses a color transparent shell, combined with the unique square core of the Box switch, which makes it look crystal clear and pleasing to the eye.

Disassemble the shaft body and you can see that its interior is still Kaihua’s classic Box structure, that is, the sound unit and the trigger unit are independent, each performing its own duties.

During the assembly process, I don’t know if it’s my positioning plate or what’s the reason, the shaft body is stuck on it and it’s hard to press down. So later I simply changed it to a steel-free structure. After all, the shaft body is a five-pin shaft, and it is relatively stable to be directly inserted into the PCB.

I have to say that the appearance of this Kaihua Zhixia axis is still very high, and the rows are even beautiful.

I chose the 2048 sublimation PBT material for the keycap, which will be relatively harder to hit.
