Unpacking the RK98 mechanical keyboard again

This is the RK98 I bought in December 21. I remember that it should be the first purchase at that time, 364 yuan. After using it until November last year, there was a phenomenon of typing cut-off, and I thought it was out of power at first. As a result, it will still be like this when fully charged, so I will sell it decisively. Because I bought it myself at Dong Ge. Nothing to say after sales. Just replaced it with a new one.

Now unbox it again.

I originally planned to replace it with a new one and get it out of the fish. But after shopping around, the 98 series seems to be those models. The 75 arrangement is popular now. Like the Kezhi K75, which was popular before, it looks good. But I'm still not used to the lack of a small numeric keypad. Then use rk98 again.

The packaging changed this time is a little different. Before, the outer packaging was opened directly to get the keyboard, but now there is another packaging that needs to be pulled out.

The accessories are the same, a key shaft puller, an instruction manual, data cable, keyboard body, and transparent keyboard cover.

It should be said that the new data cable is different from my old one. Both ends are tpyc interfaces, and one end is connected to a USB head.

The workmanship of the new RK98 this time is still as good as before. Even worse than my old one. The gaps around are visible to the naked eye, and there is even a part that was not closed when the box was unpacked. I forgot to take a picture and closed it with my hand.

The typing experience somehow feels softer than my old one. It feels soft when pressed, and there is a sense of exhaustion, which is not very good. For this reason, I took it apart and looked at it, yes. It's the colorful red axis I used before.

This keyboard is over a year old now. There are better choices now, and it was quite popular in 21 years. It is also comfortable to use by myself. I'm just afraid that there will be another cut-off problem after using it. Alright, that's all for this time. Thanks for your patience watching.
