As we all know, the Akko brand has always been famous for its super high cost performance and good-looking product appearance. The 5075 keyboard I chose is the late cherry color, and it is matched with the main switch CS silver switch. It can be said that it is a very affordable one at the current price. 1. Unpacking the product

Akko's packaging has always been very strong, and the delivery by SF Express is very good. After opening the package, you can see a cool color-printed outer packaging. The front is Akko's brand logo and a rendering of this keyboard, and the side is printed with some of the brand. For detailed information, the back is a diagram of the location of the keyboard shortcuts, which is convenient for us to know the shortcuts without opening the manual.

After opening the package, you can see a 5075 keyboard body, a thick dust cover with a logo printed on it, an unopened slotted PC positioning board, and a user manual. Inside the black box are a white rubber data cable, a pack of color-matched keycap supplements, a CNC gold knob, a pack of spare silicone pads, and a shaft and key puller. It can be seen that the attached accessories are still very rich, enough to meet some of our special needs.

2. Keyboard introduction

The keyboard is a standard 75% arrangement, with a total of 82 keys, retaining the F area and common function keys. Late cherry color matching, the main body is white, supplemented by pink, the overall look is very small and fresh. The keyboard is about 335*146*42mm. Due to the structure of the keyboard, sufficient length needs to be left on the upper and lower parts of the positioning board, so the upper and lower width of the keyboard will be slightly wider.

The weight of the keyboard is about 0.88KG. It uses Poron sandwich cotton and the under-shaft pad. Compared with other keyboards with silicone sandwich cotton bottom cotton, the keyboard is not heavy, but the price of poron cotton is much higher than that of silicone. There is a white knob on the upper right corner of the keyboard. The default function is to adjust the volume of the computer and the brightness of the keyboard backlight. You can switch functions by pressing the knob. The pressing pressure is moderate, the feedback is strong, and there is a slight shaking of the hand. If you don't like the white knob, you can pull it off and replace it with the gold knob in the accessory bag. I personally think the gold knob looks better.

On the back of the keyboard, we can see a purple 2.4G receiver stuck at the bottom of the keyboard. This design is convenient for us to store the receiver. After all, it is very troublesome if the receiver is dropped.

There are two-stage foot supports on the back, with moderate damping, and you can adjust the arc according to your needs. There are four non-slip silicone pads, and the wireless mode and wired mode can be controlled by the wave switch. The middle is USB mode, and the two sides are wireless mode.

When I replace the positioning board, the key input is obviously much softer. Personally, I still prefer the input experience after replacing the PC positioning board.

However, it should be noted that Akko’s 5075 uses silicone gaskets to cover the ears of the positioning plate. Due to structural characteristics, the inner tank will be displaced within the allowable tolerance range, so we need to adjust it manually. .

I was very pleasantly surprised by the feel of the large keys of the keyboard. After all, Akko’s keyboards were criticized for the large key lottery that was deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, but now the large keys of the 5075 are definitely above the passing line. Neither the space nor the function keys were found. Wire noise and other noises, the pressing is crisp and not fleshy, the grease control of the satellite shaft is in place, the only shortcoming is that the big keys are a little wobbly, but the overall is still very good.

The satellite switch of the keyboard is Akko’s newly developed two-color satellite switch. The white powder color scheme echoes the color scheme of this keyboard. The material is POM. The biggest feature is that there is a silicone pad on the bottom of the small bean, which can effectively eliminate the noise when it hits the bottom. , which may be the reason why Akko large keys are so successful. However, due to the small size of the small bean grinder, it will shake slightly when pushing the big keys lightly.

The RGB performance of the keyboard is slightly weaker, and it does not have an advantage in the comparison of keyboards of the same level. It supports music rhythm, although it seems that the advantage is like chaos. The axle seat uses TTC’s gaming version hot-swappable axle seat, which can be hot-swapped more than a thousand times, and the pcb board can support three-legged/five-legged axles.

3. Keycap Features

The keycaps are manufactured by Oxide, and the feel is relatively delicate. Compared with the traditional height of the original factory, the height of ASA is higher, and the gradient is more ergonomic. The material is made of high-content PBT material, which is not easy to oil compared to the previous ABS material keycaps. The character color of the keycap is pink, and the two-color molding process is adopted. The advantage is that the characters will not be worn off due to long-term use. It can be seen that the two keycaps of F and J not only have blind spots, but also have a concave design in the center area of ​​the keycaps. These humanized designs allow us to find the corresponding letters faster during touch typing, and better typing experience.

4. Shaft design

The CS silver axis is a three-legged linear axis manufactured by Content, with a pom axis, a PC upper cover, and a nylon lower shell. It is the most suitable material for the axis body at this stage. The trigger pressure is 43±5gf, the conduction stroke is 1.0±0.5mm, the total stroke is 3.0±0.3mm, and the pressure is moderate. The axis hits the bottom, thanks to the design of the extended axis, it has a faster trigger speed than other silver axes on the market. The design of the dust-proof wall can not only prevent dust from entering the shaft body during use, but also make the shaft center more stable.

5. Wireless input experience

The keyboard adopts Shanghai Broadcom's wireless solution, supports three modes of type-C wired/2.4G/Bluetooth 5.0, and can effectively connect multiple devices to meet the needs of various usage scenarios. The advantage of the B plus chip is that it can be connected to the driver in the wireless 2.4G mode, which is convenient for your own personalized design. Use the key combination FN+E/R/T to switch the Bluetooth connection, FN+Y to switch the 2.4g connection, and FN+U to switch the wired connection. When testing the wireless input in real time on the desktop, there is almost no delay in 2.4g mode and Bluetooth mode, which is still very good.
