Recently, I have nothing to do. When I was looking at the video, I accidentally saw the information about the customized keyboard, and then it got out of hand. , It seems that after looking at it, it is getting better and better, and it also coincides with ample time for the National Day, so I finally decided to try the water by myself.

After shopping at Station B for almost half a month, the final assembly plan was finalized:

Kit: dk67pro; switch: gray wood switch v3; keycap: Shimmer xda, the overall price is quite acceptable, after all, it is the first time for Xiaobai to start with the entry model.

There are several reasons for choosing the above assembly plan: 1. The price is relatively moderate. The three-mode hot-swappable kit, music rhythm RGB, and volume knob can meet my needs in terms of function and appearance. The evaluation of Ashwood V3 is also quite good. The sound after the completion of the masters is also quite good; 2. There are also a lot of video resources on the b station. It is easier for inexperienced Xiaobai to toss, and it is easy to find solutions when encountering problems.

After watching a lot of videos at station b, the modification of this kit is mainly optimized around these few contents: the bottom cotton filling, the pad under the shaft, the satellite shaft, and the battery increase are adjusted. For my personal use, the frequency of RGB use is not high, and the battery should be barely enough. For the satellite axis adjustment, I watched a few videos and didn't know much about the operation method. I start with the easy-to-handle underfill and under-shaft pads.

The dk67pro comes with a piece of black bottom cotton, which is relatively thin and the effect is relatively poor. When I was picking up the courier, I asked the boss for some mats for the package. The boss found me 3 different thicknesses, and only one was roughly It is 3-4mm that can be used, cut it out and put it on the bottom case of the keyboard.

Afterwards, you can just spread the black mat that comes with it. When you press it for the first time, because the courier mat is still relatively swollen, it is not easy to press it. You need to align the switch at the bottom of the keyboard, and then press it hard Press on and tighten the screws.

After that, it is to paste the upper and lower pads on the PCB board. I bought the one that needs to be attached one by one. The material is said to be poron, but it is not very clear what it is actually. The price is relatively cheap, but it is time-consuming. In practice, I think it is relatively simple. I don’t think it is difficult to post. It took me almost half an hour to post it. . After pasting, it is assembled.

I read the introductions of many big guys later, the effect of the 8x ixpe under the shaft is better, but I have already bought it, so I will use this.

Finally, two layers of masking paper were pasted on the back of the PCB. I probably tried it. There is still a big difference in the typing sound between pasted and unpasted. If it is not a very humid area, I think I can still try it. 。

This is the first time I tried to assemble the keyboard by myself. The process is quite interesting. There must be a big gap between the quality of the assembled keyboard and some mature mass-produced keyboards or the generation of big guys, but I think it is a customer The greatest joy of customizing the keyboard is the process of assembling the keyboard 。

For this kit, I personally feel that dk67pro is still very good as an entry-level customized kit. I have never used a keyboard worth more than 150 yuan, and I feel that the texture is very good. . The shaft ash wood v3 is already very good for getting started. The whole assembly process can basically experience the general process of a customized keyboard, and the price is relatively low, so it won’t be very uncomfortable if a miracle happens. . If you want to experience the fun of assembling the keyboard by yourself, I think such a combination is quite good.
