My computer mouse freezes for no apparent reason. Any Ideas why this would happen? Connections are good.?
Most of the time mouse freezes up because your computer is busy. you can go to task manager (right click on the start menu bar and pick task manager) and see who is taking all the CPU time in processes tab. if it is iexplorer, you may have a virus or spyware that is eating up all the resources. there are many free anti virus and anti-spyware software you can down load such zone alarm, spybot to fix those issues. Good luck.

Computer mouse
A computer mouse (plural mice or mouses) is a hand-held pointing device that detects two-dimensional motion relative to a surface. This motion is typically translated into the motion of a pointer on a display, which allows a smooth control of the graphical user interface of a computer. The first public demonstration of a mouse controlling a computer system was in 1968. Mice originally used a ball rolling on a surface to detect motion, but modern mice often have optical sensors that have no moving parts. Originally wired to a computer, many modern mice are cordless, relying on short-range radio communication with the connected system. In addition to moving a cursor, computer mice have one or more buttons to allow operations such as selection of a menu item on a display. Mice often also feature other elements, such as touch surfaces and scroll wheels, which enable additional control and dimensional input.

i am looking for a computer mouse?
I dont use a mouse very oftentimes...I easily have a working laptop or computing device, yet I do very own a mouse that like yours is in simple terms black and white. in spite of the undeniable fact that it fairly is cool coz it would not have a ball below, in ordinary terms an excellent pink lazer gentle on the backside! How can I stop my cockatiel's obsession with our computer mouse?
Look, I have a lutino cockatiel. so I know how you feel. They are very curious and are attracted to bright and colorful things.as well as they love biting cables and wood. that's something normal. However, you should buy some toy or calcium to it because they need to bite that big white calcium thingy in order to make their body stronger and protect its pike (i think that's how its mouth is called in English, isnt it?) .

17 year old getting RSI from using a computer mouse?
I will say as a female, your mindset is still growing and prone to change over the years with time and experience. It is hard to know how you will feel and be like say in 5- 10 years from now. A life long commitment starting at 17 is something to take time to think about. A male at 17 will not always be and look the same. The feelings felt at a younger age maybe subject to change over the long years. Just to be realistic. Something to think about. Good luck

HP windows XP computer - mouse and keyboard stopped working, help?
if you have no input method via keyboard or mouse you can not shut it down properly. your best option is a USB mouse and keyboard because PS/2 is not used very often anymore and most video cards being shipped only have one if any slots for PS/2

My computer mouse keeps freezing...?
You do not say what kind of mouse it is. Wired or wireless? If you've changed the batteries, and that did not help, then the mouse driver could be corrupt. In that case, you will have to un-install the mouse software and re-install the mouse drivers, either from the maunfacturers web site or from the original installation CD.
