Logitech has expanded its product line with the release of two new keyboards, the MX Mechanical and the MX Mechanical Mini, in addition to the MX Master 3S mouse. Designed specifically for creative design users, these keyboards complement the features of the MX Master 3S.
The main difference between the two models lies in the number of keys. The Mechanical Mini is a more compact version, removing the function button and keypad areas to cater to users with limited desktop space. Both keyboards boast a sleek and stable design with an ultra-thin body.
Logitech has incorporated its signature ultra-quiet brown switch mechanical switch into these keyboards, ensuring a precise and quiet typing experience. However, users do have the option to choose a green switch version, offering a click sound and mechanical feel, or a red switch version, providing a fast response and smooth typing experience.
Both keyboards feature backlighting and offer six preset modes, including static, breathing, contrast, waves, random, and responsive. Additionally, users can customize the backlighting of any button through Logitech Logi Options+ software.
These keyboards support Bluetooth connectivity and come with a built-in battery, with a battery life of up to 10 months when the light effect is turned off. However, the battery life is reduced to only 15 days when the backlighting is enabled. Charging can be done conveniently through the USB-C port.
Logitech has prioritized sustainability by constructing the MX Mechanical keyboard with 45% recycled plastic, while the smaller MX Mechanical Mini is made of 47% recycled materials. Both models are available in three different colors.
The MX Mechanical keyboard is priced at 180 euros (about 1280 yuan) for the full-size version, while the more compact MX Mechanical Mini costs 160 euros (about 1145 yuan).
