Usually problems with the cursor are caused by the mouse itself, not the computer. If you have a laser mouse (with a red light on the bottom) make sure that there is nothing blocking the red light, such as a hair or a piece of dirt. If you have a ball mouse (with a ball in the bottom) than you can take the ball out, usually by twisting the piece over it, and make sure that the little rollers are all clean.

is it okay to take care of injured mouse and, if so, how?
you should try to make a small splint out of toothpicks or twigs or q-tips, etc, but you should let the mouse make it himself to avoid becoming over-nurtured. place a pile of sticks and some tape in the box and do not worry, he will figure it out himself in time. If your mouse does not make a splint out of the materials, then he's probably not that injured and could just be a black mouse. they walk funny.

Windows 7 Mouse Freezes Intermittently
I was experiencing this as well, until finally the cursor stopped moving altogether. That helped me find the actual problem--there was a curly piece of lint obstructing the optical sensor. I guess the lint was shifting around as the mouse moved and occasionally blocked the sensor. This has happened to me twice in the last couple of years, so it will be interesting to see if this helps solve anyone else's problem

How to clean your computer mouse?
If you have a manual mouse, there should be a donut shaped piece on the underside, twist it clockwise and it will come off, the ball of the mouse can become dirty, and dusty, cleaning it with a tissue will improve its level of functioning. If it is a laser/infrared mouse, windex to clean the underside should help, if it does not I would advise taking it in to a computer store because it is likely a technical problem. Hope this helps

I found a dead mouse!!!!?
Dont spazz out. Just get you some mice traps. I would be leary of putting some sort of poison out as your dogs might get it. Also its very possible that one of your dogs snatched the mouse up and killed it. Dogs will do that just like cats do. Really, its just a mouse. No need to freak out. I have a pet rat.

How big the mouse should be?
After it gets to a certain size it's called a rat. Very weird question to ask, I've never seen anyone concerned about such a minor peripheal such as the mouse. Most people are concerned about their processor and motherboard. So therefore I find it hard to think this is a serious question, as it seems common sense that you are going to buy a mouse according to your comfort with it, therefore my first response.

Small white mouse is ill?
If the mouse is shaking and feels cold, start by gently holding the mouse in your hands to try to warm him up. You will want to stay away from other forms of heat like heating pads and hot water bottles because there is too much heat. The heat from your hands should be enough heat. Also, how old is the mouse or when did your sister get it, and what kind of enviroment does it live in?

I'm using both a TouchPad and a USB gaming mouse on my laptop. What is causing my single mouse clicks to register as double mouse clicks in Windows 10 and how do I fix it?
It looks like you have your mouse Settings set wrong. Go to the hardware set up page for valves configuration, which actually might be in a separate app, and set the mouse click for one mouse click instead of two. After proper configuration everything should work Correctly.
