What I found was there was something on the small rollers in the mouse. Even though it did not look like it, I picked at them and found there was some lint built up on it. After the lint was picked off with a small tweezers it worked fine.well, it worked.not very well. I suggest you invest in a corded laser mouse. They are really cheap and are very responsive.
