USB Device Not Recognized Help! Acer Aspire 5520 Mouse.?

First try unplugging (and removing the battery on a laptop), press the power button for five seconds. Leave it for two minutes and try the USB again. If that does not work... Restart in Safe Mode* Open Device Manager, click Start, and then click Control Panel. Double-click System. On the Hardware tab, click Device Manager. Double click Universal Serial Bus Controllers/USB Root Hubs. Right click each instance underneath and uninstall the drivers. Do not worry, Windows will re-build them. Restart normally and try again. *Note: On start up (before Windows loads) keep tapping either F5 or F8 (be aware that some manufacturers use F8 for system recovery!) then use arrow keys to highlight 'Safe Mode with networking' and hit Enter/Return, click on a user account, enter the Administrator password (if you do not know it, there probably is not one so leave it blank) and hit Enter/Return. Try a different USB device (flash drive etc.), if it works, and the mouse does not , the mouse is fried! arou42

Have you ever had a mouse in your home?

OMG. I was sleeping on the floor in the living room at the last house I lived in, and was awoken by a mouse running over my pillow right next to .you guessed it.my sweet noggin. There were mice poops in the drawer under the stove, and everywhere. It was humiliating. It was awful. Oh I forgot to mention they were in the cupboards too. I did not want to put up mouse traps incase they got caught in them (I would have to deal with that myself) and I did not want to poison them cause what if they died and rotted and I could not get to the body, so I ended up buying these little acrylic cylinders that has a swinging flap half way through. You bait it, they get in and the swinging flap only swings inward, so the mouse can not back out. Then you have to deal with this cute little rodent looking at you from inside this cylinder. But I took it straight out to the dumpster in the alley. Careful to place it upwards so that the critter could not escape and come back to the house. long story. sorry.

Can I use my computer mouse on a wet surface?

Cat plus mouse what should i do?

The only way the kitten/cat will get sick from the mice is if the mouse has been poisoned by dcon or similiar. As long as they only kill it and not eat it, things should be fine

We found a dead mouse in oil ?

just ask the mouse he died in that stuff. . . . probably poopied in it when he died. . . . . give the oil to someone who does bio-diesel, they will be thrilled and the oil will not go to waste

If I got a mouse would my cat eat it?

NO cages with metal bars unless you can be certain that the cat cannot get to the cage. Cats will try to pull the mouse through by it's tail or leg and usually ends up knocking the cage over and freeing (eating) the mouse. I used aquariums with mesh lids. Aquariums get stinkier quicker and if it's a small one or you have lots of mice in it, it does not have the best air flow. EDIT you can not 'socialize' a cat with a mouse. wo not happen. My dog was fine with them with supervision. I never put the mouse on the floor, they were always in my hands.

What food can I feed my crickets AND mouse?

both mice and crickets can eat dry dog biscuits as a staple diet the mouse will need something more balanced, so a commercial mouse food would be best i feed my feeder crickets fruit and veg - whats the problem? crickets eat almost anything, so can eat all sorts of fruit and stuff you give the mice - apples, honey, grapes, kale etc etc :)
