snakes do things like this where they dont feed for a while, you have to do something called forcefeed it, where you cover the mouse in the white yolk of an egg to allow it to be slippery and basiclly open the snakes mouth and slowly and gently push the mouse in, much easier if the mouse is dead, but eventually when the mouse reaches a certain part in the snakes mouth the snake will then automatically start to swallow the mouse, u might want to go to a local pet shop to get a better answer and more of a description on how to do this

Mites can be caught from just about anywhere... from other animals in the house or even from his bedding. It's always a good idea to freeze any new package of bedding overnight before use to kill any bugs, lice or mites living within it. Fortunately, mites are very easy to get rid of. First of all, pop that bedding into the freezer! Clean out the cage thoroughly using hot water and white vinegar. Get to the pet store and buy mite powder. This may be a simple suggestion, but it may just be a hair or piece of lint on the underside of the mouse intermittently obstructing the laser. Turn the mouse over, blow out any crud in there, and give it a shot. Hope that helps

Once this ids done go back to device Manager and unistall the mouse and restart again. This time the mouse driver will be reinstall.
