Making Diagram of Stepping Motor Driving Circuit

A few days ago, I finished my winter vacation homework. I had nothing to do these days. I saw the stepper motor last night and then studied the principle of half night

Today, I found a 35mm stepping motor in my MCU test box, and then found the circuit diagram of the driving circuit in the supporting materials, as shown in the figure

Let me tell you the principle (for reference only): first, the J18 interface is added to the IO port of the single chip microcomputer, and the 1234 connected to the stepper motor J19 are a, A1, B and B1 of the stepper motor

First, 8550 is on at low level. If the level of 1 of J18 is 0, then the triode V8 is on. After V8 is on, the level of 1 pin of J19 is 1

At the same time, the current turns on the triode V15 through R49. According to the circuit diagram, the 2 pins of J19 are connected to the collector of V15, and the 2 pins and 1 pins of J19 are connected

A group of coils. Pins 3 and 4 are a group of coils. Now the level of pin 1 is 1. The current flows through a group of coils from pin 2 and flows to the negative pole through triode V15.

That is, the triodes V8 and V15 are a group, V7 and V16 are a group, V10 and V17 are a group, and V9 and v18 are a group, so the two triodes share

The same current can make the circuit more stable

This is the working principle. Other groups of triodes are the same. I don't know what R47 and R51 are used for, if anyone knows

Just say it, I will thank you. What I said may not be very good. You can spray a lot of Baidu on the principle of stepper motor, so I won't introduce it

The following is the production process;

What we need is these triodes 8550 and 8050, resistance (1K is not found), except that R47 and R51 use 1.3k, others use 820 , row needle, hole plate and a soldering iron

Then install the parts on the hole board according to the circuit diagram

If there is not enough space, cut the pad in half and then weld the wire

Some places can't be wired, so use jumpers, like this:
