3. Multi-layer structure design In order to enhance the stability and feel feedback of the keyboard, we have adopted a multi-layer structure design in the design, so as to better realize the hollow design of the keyboard. PBT is a material with a clear, flat surface, good strength and electrical insulation properties. It is also very stable and malleable, allowing the manufacture of very high-precision parts. Compared with traditional ABS plastic, PBT material is more suitable for ultra-thin and compact mechanical keycap design.
