My mouse, just says Microsoft on the bottom, and doesn't work
There are several things which could be broken. The USB port, the USB dongle, the wireless mouse itself. Ensure that the "new" batteries work in another device. Also ensure that in the problem mouse, the batteries are pointed in the right direction, so that plus matches with plus. Some wireless mice operate on frequencies that are easily blocked. Try putting the mouse very close to the USB dongle and see if its movements are received. There may be a mating procedure for the mouse and USB dongle. You will need to find the precise make/model to figure this out. Open Device Manager. Expand the "Mice and other pointing devices" section. Plug in the wired mouse. The list should add an entry. Try unplugging the USB dongle. The list should remove an entry. It's possible for individual USB ports to work with some devices but not with others, so trying switching them around until all the USB devices are recognized. Rebooting may help. If the wired mouse shows up in every port, but the USB dongle does not, then the USB dongle is broken and you must buy another.

Mickey Mouse sign
Mickey Mouse sign is a medical sign resembling the head of Mickey Mouse, the Walt Disney character. Presented for the very first time at the CHIVA's Meeting, Berlin 2002 by Dr. Lurdes Cerol, this sign has been described as the image at the groin when a dilated accessory saphenous vein (ASV) exists: the common femoral vein (CFV) represents the head of Mickey Mouse while the great saphenous vein (GSV) and the dilated accessory saphenous vein (ASV) represent the ears. The presence of a Mickey Mouse sign has been a great diagnostic clue to check ASV insufficiency. Some authors, inspired by this sign, described an ecographic "Mickey Mouse View" at the saphenofemoral junction in the groin: the common femoral vein (CFV) represents the head of Mickey Mouse while the great saphenous vein (GSV) and the femoral artery (CFA) represent the ears. But it can be seen in different regions of the body: Midbrain of progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP). Polyostotic Paget's disease (Paget's disease affecting multiple bones); a bone scintigraphy with technetium-99m methylene bisphosphonate shows increased uptake at the sites of disease activity. Increased scintigraphic uptake in the body and spine of the vertebrae resembles the head of Mickey Mouse. The portal triad in biliary ultrasound scans, with the portal vein comprising Mickey's head and the common bile duct and hepatic artery his right and left ears, respectively. Pelvic Mickey Mouse sign: bilateral inguinal vesical hernia on transverse axial imaging. Dysmorphic Mickey Mouse RBCs: RBCs with irregular cell walls and migration of hemoglobin into some areas creating the shape of Mickey Mouse ears. The presence of these dysmorphic cells in urine may indicate intraglomerular haemorrhage. Ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO)

How big the mouse should be?
After it gets to a certain size it's called a rat. Very weird question to ask, I've never seen anyone concerned about such a minor peripheal such as the mouse. Most people are concerned about their processor and motherboard. So therefore I find it hard to think this is a serious question, as it seems common sense that you are going to buy a mouse according to your comfort with it, therefore my first response.

Where do field mouse live?
A mouse (plural mice) is a small animal that belongs to one of numerous species of rodents. The best known mouse species is the common house mouse (Mus musculus). It is found in nearly all countries and, as the laboratory mouse, serves as an model organism in biology. It is also a popular pet. The American white-footed mouse (Peromyscus leucopus) and the deer mouse (Peromyscus maniculatus) also sometimes live in houses. These species of mice live commensally with humans. Although mice may live up to two years in the lab, the average mouse in the wild lives only about 5 months, primarily due to heavy predation. Cats, wild dogs, foxes, birds of prey, snakes and even certain kinds of insects have been known to prey heavily upon mice. Nevertheless, due to its remarkable adaptability to almost any environment, and its ability to live commensally with humans, the mouse is regarded to be the third most successful mammalian species living on Earth today, after humans and the rat. Mice can be harmful pests, damaging and eating crops and spreading diseases through their parasites and feces. The original motivation for the domestication of cats is thought to have been for their predation of mice and their relatives, the rats.
What to do if you find a mouse in your house?
First, if the mouse got in then the cats are going to find it. Doubtful that it will have an adverse effect on the cats. I do hope you took it away from them and got rid of it outside, do not put it in a garbage can in the house, they will tear the can up to get it. As for how it got in, if you've not seen any signs of rodents before, then it is likely that it was just an unlucky mouse that found some way to get in

Does anyone know what the name of this mouse is?
With the blue LED on the scrollwheel, I assume its laser. Try blow into the little hole where the laser is, to get rid of something that might be causing your laser to react on (a hair, dust etc.). Ive had the same problem with an earlier mouse. You might also wanna try reinstall or get the latest drivers for the mouse, if blowing into the laser-hole wont work.

Magic Mouse
The Magic Mouse is a multi-touch mouse that is manufactured and sold by Apple. It was first sold on October 20, 2009. The Magic Mouse is the first consumer mouse to have multi-touch capabilities. Taking after the iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, and multi-touch trackpads, the Magic Mouse allows the use of gestures such as swiping and scrolling across the top surface of the mouse to interact with desktop computers. It connects via Bluetooth and runs on two AA batteries. Apple includes two non-rechargeable batteries in the box. Until 2016, Apple sold a battery charger which could charge two AA batteries, suited for the Magic Mouse. Like its predecessor, the Mighty Mouse, the Magic Mouse is capable of control-clicking without requiring the key combination. The mouse requires minimum Mac OS X 10.5.8. It can be configured as a two-buttoned left-handed or right-handed mouse, but the default is a single button. It uses laser tracking for increased pointer accuracy over previous generation Apple mice. Since its release, it has been included along with a wireless keyboard with the 2009 generation of iMacs, and with a wired keyboard with the 2010 Mac Pro workstations. It can also be purchased separately. Initial reception to the Magic Mouse was negative, with reactions to its inability to trigger Expos, Dashboard, or Spaces, as its predecessor could, or to middle click. Many of those features can be enabled on the Magic Mouse with the use of third-party tools. Other issues centered on the Magic Mouse's ability to maintain a stable connection to Mac Pro workstations.

Blue Mouse Theatre Portland
The Blue Mouse Theatre opened in Portland was at 1032 SW Washington Street. The location was originally opened as a Globe Theater in 1912, before being taken over and completely remodeled in 1921 by John Hamrick It used a wurlitzer organ shipped from the factory in 1922. Harry Quinn Mills was organist at the Blue Mouse in 1922 and Dubois Cornish was organist in 1927. According to Balcom & Vaughan records, the organ was last used for silent films in March 1928. The theater hosted the first sound picture in Portland in 1926: John Barrymore in Don Juan. Hamrick-Evergreen Theatres closed the venue sometime around 1936 and it was reopened again in 1940 by Paul Forsythe, who "presented family films and kiddie matinees" and "was rewarded with success and a host of good patrons, young and old who became loyal Blue Mouse fans." The theater faced eviction when the property was sold, and the building was to be torn down. The Blue Mouse Theatre signage was moved to the Capitol Theatre building downtown in 1958 (which had itself been closed down). The new location at 626 SW 4th St (also listed as Morrison and 4th Avenue, location of the former Capitol Theatre) was in a less upscale neighborhood, but stayed in business until 1977 when the "Blue Mouse Block" was demolished to "make way for a huge parking facility. According to one account, "There was a faint outcry to 'save the Blue Mouse' but even if it had been a mighty roar, it was to no more avail than the 'Save the Fox' campaign was in San Francisco in 1963."

My computer cannot find it's mouse or keyboard..?
USB or PS/2? Have you many any recent changes or BIOS updates? What OS? Can you access your CMOS setup when it first boots or does it give you a keyboard failure? or is it only in the OS that you can not use the keyboard or mouse. Edit: So you are saying that the USB ports do not work in any way shape or form for anything? Can you access the system BIOS with your keyboard, I am not sure if you answered this. If you ARE able to access the BIOS (try using a PS/2 keyboard also if the machine has PS/2 ports) but not use any USB in Windows, perhaps a configuration problem. Please provide a response for further info.

My keyboard is still sticky! How do I return it to normal?
Huggies have soap and creams on them and that's what is on your keyboard. You need to clean it with something that evaporates without leaving a trace. Get a soft cloth (like an old tee shirt) and put some rubbing alcohol on it. Just a little, enough to make it damp but not dripping. Use this to wipe up the Huggies residue. If it gets too dry, add a little, but you do not want the alcohol to run down below the keyboard into your computer. Of course, you do this when the computer is off, and, after you finish, wait 5-10 minutes before you start it just to be sure any alcohol that may have gotten inside has a chance to evaporate. Good Luck.

I would start with any apps or utilities that might intercept USB devices. I once had a forgotten keyboard tool that was used to alter mapping of command and option keys that was not compatible with a system update and caused a similar problem. USB Overdrive? Keyboard macros? Virtual machine apps? Any similar things could be capturing the USB input from the keyboard and failing to pass to the OS.

Bit-paired keyboard
A bit-paired keyboard is a keyboard where the layout of shifted keys corresponds to columns in the ASCII (1963) table, archetypally the Teletype Model 33 (1963) keyboard. This was later contrasted with a typewriter-paired keyboard, where the layout of shifted keys corresponds to electric typewriter layouts, notably the IBM Selectric (1961). The difference is most visible in the digits row (top row): compared with mechanical typewriters, bit-paired keyboards remove the _ character from 6 and shift the remaining &*() from 7890 to 6789, An important subtlety is that ASCII was based on mechanical typewriters, but electric typewriters became popular during the same period that ASCII was adopted, and made their own changes to layout. Thus differences between bit-paired and (electric) typewriter-paired keyboards are due to the differences of both of these from earlier mechanical typewriters. Bit-paired keyboards were common in the United States in the 1960s and 1970s, due to ease of manufacture, but died out in the late 1970s with office automation, due to the number of users already accustomed to (electric) typewriter layouts. Bit-paired keyboard layouts survive today only in the standard Japanese keyboard layout, which has all shifted values of digits in the bit-paired layout.

Fifth generation (Magic Keyboard)
Apple unveiled the next-generation 16-inch MacBook Pro on November 13, 2019, replacing the 15-inch model from the previous generation. Similar in size to its predecessor, it has a larger 16-inch 3072x1920 Retina display set in a narrower bezel, the largest MacBook screen since the 17-inch unibody MacBook Pro that was discontinued in 2012. It has a physical Escape key; a Touch Bar, a multi-touch-enabled OLED strip atop the keyboard in place of the function keys; and a now-separate sapphire-glass-covered Touch ID sensor at the right end of the Touch Bar that doubles as a power button. It uses a scissor mechanism keyboard almost identical to Apple's wireless Magic Keyboard, providing more travel than the previous generation's "Butterfly" keyboard. Like its predecessor, the 16-inch MacBook Pro has four combination Thunderbolt 3 ports that support USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 and dual DisplayPort 1.4 signals, providing 60163384 output to run the Pro Display XDR at full resolution. Any port can be used for charging, it includes a 96W USB-C power adapter. At launch only the included adapter and the Pro Display XDR provide full host power. Peripherals that delivered 87W for the previous generation 15-inch model, such as LG Ultrafine displays, are recommended to be used with a separate power supply. It also has a 3.5 mm headphone jack. It uses the same Coffee Lake CPUs as the 2019 15-inch model. Purchasers can choose between AMD Radeon Pro 5300M or 5500M GPUs with up to 8GB of GDDR6 memory (or from June 2020 onwards, a 5600M GPU with 8 GB of HBM2 memory), up to 64GB of 2667MHz DDR4 memory, and up to 8TB of SSD storage. It includes better speakers, a better three-microphone array, and a 100 Wh battery, the largest that can be easily carried onto a commercial airliner under U.S. Transportation Security Administration rules. On May 4, 2020, Apple announced updated 13-inch models with the Magic Keyboard. The four Thunderbolt port version comes with Ice Lake processors, updated graphics, up to 32GB of memory and 4TB of storage, and supports 6K output to run the Pro Display XDR. The two Thunderbolt port version has the same Coffee Lake processors, graphics, and maximum storage and memory as the 2019 two Thunderbolt port models. ReceptionReception to the 16-inch MacBook Pro was generally positive. Laptop Mag called the keyboard "much-improved". The Verge praised the new keyboard, microphones, and speakers, but criticized the lack of peripherals such as an SD card slot. 9to5Mac criticized the use of a 720p webcam and older 802.11ac Wi-Fi standard, noting that Apple's iPhone 11 family included a 4K front-facing camera and faster Wi-Fi 6. MacWorld also noted the lack of Face ID. Another review noted that the 2020 two Thunderbolt port 13-inch model is unable to run Apple's Pro Display XDR at full resolution, while the lower-priced 2020 MacBook Air can.
