I recently had that problem............If you look underneath keyboard there should be some screws that you can undo to seperate the top from the back of the keyboard. Gently clean the parts with cotton buds and cleansing wipes and then re-attach. This solved my 'sticky' keys........hope it helps you..... :)

The most common computer keyboard layout is called QWERTY for the first six letters on the keyboard. Its origins stretch back well before computers back when typewriters were the primary way to write things. They arranged the keys on a type writer for two reasons: 1. To prevent jams. Typewriters worked by swinging a little arm up out of the machine that stamped the letter onto the page. If you typed too fast you could accidentally hit two keys twice, which caused two arms to swing up at once and get stuck. They arranged the keys in such a way as to make this happen less often. Obviously this no longer matters, since computers do not rely on these swinging arms there is no longer a fear of jamming. 2. To type fast. The most often used keys are placed nearby your fastest fingers. This allows you to type a LOT faster than you could if the keyboard went in alphabetical order. I know it's kinda hard learning the keyboard when you first start touch typing, but believe me once you get the hang of it you will be happy the keys are arranged the way they are.

What is the cheapest mechanical computer keyboard that I can get?

I own a Redragon K552 keyboard and it's pretty great for it's price. I can not remember the price of it but I did not spend no more than $50 on the keyboard which is a pretty good bargain for what you get. You can buy it on Amazon or on some other computer hardware sites but I prefer Amazon.Hope this helped. Cheers.

some keyboard keys not working properly

I had the same issue with iBall wireless keyboard. Keys 5,6,F1,F2,,-,=_ were not working. I opened the keyboard and cleaned it with a tissue paper. It had very small dust particles. After cleaning it worked perfectly.

If you learn the piano , you will easily play the keyboard; The reverse is not necessarily the case. You could learn on a weighted keyboard with a piano-feel action, but these cost more than a decent second-hand upright. Learn the piano

Thunderbolt Display does not recognize USB keyboard

I discovered that when I plug the USB cable of the keyboard into the short USB extender cable (that came with the keyboard) and then plug the extender cable into the Thunderbolt display, it works for me. Maybe it will work for you too

Spilled pop on laptop keyboard...please help?

Depending on which parts got wet, you may indeed be screwed, but not necessarily. Try disassembling the laptop and soaking the keyboard in denatured alcohol. You probably do not want to soak the CD drive, but remove it and hand clean it with an alcohol based cleaner. That's what worked for me when I had a similar problem. Hope it helps!

How do I start learning keyboard?

My brother plays piano witch is basicly keyboard. So He bought these little stickers(they come off easy with force) that you stick on the Keyboard just to get used to the Notes and where they are. Try getting used to it. And if you cant handle being a beginner dont even try. And try some basics. Like Sports. Practice makes perfect! Also If where you Get your drum lessons sell other music stuff such as Beginner keyboard,Basics,Drills,Songs. Try Geting used to it first!
