Does anyone know of an in-place adjustable keyboard stand? [closed]
It might be cheaper and easier to install two keyboards on a double tier stand. I have seen sitting/standing configurations for performance with multiple keyboards. Otherwise, as the comments suggest, re-purposing other equipment for the keyboard may work. Adjustable standing/sitting desks if they are the right size, or a product like VariDesk which is electric or hydrolic if I remember correctly. Generally I do not think these kind of products are intended for quick switching, and may give you some lag time as you do the switch.A clever cabinet maker may be able to offer you a custom design shelf/table that has a quick lift up and down also. There are quick adjust tables available for disabled access and similar needs, so the hardware is already available for building a custom configuration

Other keyboard layouts
Other operating systems can optionally re-map the keyboard layout or have different modifier keys (for example the Amiga keyboard has "A" modifier keys and BBC Micro or Acorn keyboards often had a "Shift Lock" as well as a "Caps Lock"). Under Unix/Linux the "Windows" key is often called the "Super" key and can be re-mapped by users for specific functionality but in most programs by default does nothing. Some older Unix/Linux software, such as Emacs, uses the left Alt key as a "Meta" key, which harks back to older MIT or LISP computers.

Spilled juice on Macbook keyboard... Need help bad!!!?
If Apple wo not help you, find some cans of pressured air. And if you dip the tip of the can in some water, it will mist. Spray it on the keyboard, especially under the keys, and follow it with plain pressured air and drain it out. If you know how, take it apart and check if any circuits are shorted out. Do not turn it on at all. It may over ride your warranty. Hope it helps.

have you tried pulling out the plug and dusting the port where the keyboard plugs in. if that does not work you may just need a new keyboard

When you plug it in, do any of the scroll lock or caps lock lights come on? Did you try plugging the keyboard into a different computer? If it's not responding on any computer, then it's probably dead. May be time to buy a new one for $10.

I would give this app a look: KeyRemap4Macbook.
